If you cancel your order before it is shipped from our shipping center, you may cancel your order with a 100% refund. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@kimono-ikasu.com.


- Returns/Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been shipped, except in the case of damage to the product. If damage is found upon unpacking the merchandise, please contact us first at info@kimono-ikasu.com. In other special circumstances requiring a refund, we will only issue a refund if it is deemed necessary after mutual consultation between the two parties. Claims will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item.
All pieces are made from antique and vintage kimonos. Therefore, there may be traces of long-term use and minor fabric damage. In the unlikely event that there is a blemish or stain, we will always add a photo of that area to the product page, so please check before purchasing. As for exchanges, since we use one-of-a-kind kimonos, we basically cannot exchange kimono panels with the same pattern.

[Return shipping costs]

If the product is defective, the return shipping cost will be borne by the Company. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
