  • To prevent fading, avoid direct sunlight.
  • Be careful not to get the panel wet as the color may fade.
  • Avoid pulling hard.
  • Avoid using near fire.
  • Please use in a place with low humidity.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by careless handling by the customer.
  • Be careful not to let it get into your child's mouth.
  • All the works are made from real kimonos, antiques and vintages. For this reason, the fabric may have traces of long-term use and minor fabric damages. In case there are any scratches or stains, we always add a photo of the area on the item page, so please check before purchasing.

 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order with 100% refund if you do so before your order is shipped out from our shipping center.

Usually, your order is processed and shipped out within 1 week from your order. Therefore, please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

Please be careful that after shipping out your order, you can not cancel your order.

 

How to cancel your order

In order to cancel your order, please contact us info@kimono-ikasu.com

In your message, please write your order number (you can check your order number in the confirmation e-mail sent right after your order).

When we process to cancel your order, you will receive a cancellation mail.

All of your payment will be refunded. When we cancel your order, we will process refund for your payment immediately. However, it may take several days~weeks to be applied to your bank account.

 

Returns and Exchange

As a general rule, we do not accept returns and exchanges after shipping out your order except in the case of damaged products. If you see a damage when you unpack the item, please contact us first info@kimono-ikasu.com. In case of other special circumstances requiring a refund, refunds will be made only if, after mutual consultation, it is determined that a refund is necessary. We accept the claims within 7 days after the delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We basically cannot exchange kimono panels for the same pattern because we use one-of-a-kind kimonos.
